Plumber Technician & HVAC Technician Requirements:

Apprentice and/or Journeymen, Maintenance, Repair, Service, Estimate labour and material costs Professionalism in customer service, Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, Locate and mark position of pipe connections holes and fixtures, Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings, Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place, Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement, Inspect and test pipes for leaks, Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, Select and install pumps, Repair, service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures

Warehouse Supervisor/Coordinator Requirements:

Manages flow of inventory within company, Must have exceptional attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate with both office and field personnel, Order and stock materials, Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity and accuracy Track inventory daily, Review and update quarterly inventory, Disburse inventory to technicians, Keep warehouse clean and free of hazards, Present all paperwork to accounting, Must possess good organizational skills, Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 70 lbs, Deliver equipment when necessary, Have a good working knowledge of equipment sold and serviced, Must possess negotiation skills utilized to obtain the most economical price on all inventory items, Indepth Background and Knowledge of the Plumbing Field, Extensive Experience with Stock Taking, Receiving, Ordering, Organizing, Previous Supervisory Role an Asset

 Estimator:

We are looking to add an Estimator to our team! They will be responsible for working with both our Service and Construction Departments.Experience with Estimating a must as well as Prior experience with Tradesware considered an Asset. Must be Computer Literate and able to read and interpret Blueprints. This Position will be based out of our West End Location and will be Permanent, Full time.
