I have been a customer of Always Plumbing and Heating for years now and they could easily have lowered their standard of excellence after so many years of great reviews. However, on the contrary, they are always striving to beat their previous accomplishments. Their customer service is second to none, their technicians are knowledgable and friendly and have absolutely no problem explaining what they will do in simple layman's terms.

I found a pool in my basement yesterday afternoon. I called Always and they gave me an appointment for this morning (thank you Angela!). Cameron E. stopped by and within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (likely a drainage tube cracked or a coupling lose on the main pipe from the upstairs bathroom). I thought he was psychic because he cut the drywall mere inches away from where the problem was (with the settling of my old townhouse the pipe had come out of the coupling and was now too short).

On the coldest day of the year last January 2012, I woke up @ 4:45am(on a Tuedsay) to find that my furnace of less than a year was not working. I was frantic, my house was 50 degrees, I was on crutches & a senior, couldn't drive if I wanted too. I phoned four other placed to see if someone could come out and I was told the earliest was thursday or friday????? I called Always, and got Cindy out of bed, she called a commercial foreman who lived by me and asked him to stop on his way to work @ 6am. He didn't even have his tools, but I had most of what he needed to temporarily clean the flame sensor till one of the service men could pick up the part and come back. They couldn't find the part right away but kept coming and cleaning the part (so it would stay
on) till they found a new one, the same forman came and installed it on his way home...........Now that is above and beyond for service. I just had my furnace serviced for fall and bought a Diamond Plan, I am very happy with the service from this company and would recomend them to anyone.

A huge thank you to Mike and Ron, the installers for our new furnace. It was a much larger job than had been explained to them, a 61 year old original furnace that required all new custom duct work. What was quoted as a one day job turned into a 3 day job and they didn't complain, they just went about their business of getting the job done in a polite, efficient and courteous manner so we wouldn't be without heat. Kudos to you boys....we're very happy with our new furnace and for you guys going the extra mile for us.

It started with polite courtious telephone service, all my questions were answered and the service men arrived on time,clean and respectful.
The services and prices were explained before work commenced, and were completed with professional competence. The saftey inspection was a bonus, very professional.

The service was very good and thorough and everything was well explained. The price was much higher then I had expected, but since my toilet was leaking, it had to be done.
I am a senior and on a fixed income and then these kind of expenses hurt.
