Specific Job Requirements

• Follow all customer call steps outlined in the procedure guide and process maps in order to book the call
• Follow call-taking script on all calls
• Be a team player
• Maintain required call ratio
• Keep call board full
• Perform all happy and Diamond Club calls
• Perform computer functions with skill, efficiency and accuracy
• Handle unhappy customers and make general manager aware of challenges
• Follow-up letters
• Work on a on call rotation as we are a 24/7 service company
• General filing
• Achieve performance metrics set forth
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Outbound calls
• Ongoing training and roleplaying

Other Job Requirements

• Be on time logged in and ready to take calls at the start of your shift
• Administrative tasks as assigned to be completed on time as indicated when they are assigned.
• Excellent communication skills required for both the customer as well as the team.
• Follow, know and understand our HSE policy and guidelines at all times
• Treat all team members with respect and kindness as if they were your customer
• Perform all duties in a professional manor
• Leave all personal concerns at the door be happy and proud to come to work every day.
• Handle all concerns with the utmost professionalism for customers and team members.
• Ensure you communicate all promotional offers to the customer on every call.
• Ability to multi-task

Performance Metrics

• Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings
• .Maintain a 90% call booking ratio
• Sell 3 diamond club memberships a day
• Generate 1 HVAC lead a day
• Book a minimum of 10 service calls a day
• Maintain a 95% diamond club renewal

Location

• This is a Hybrid work from office and home position and does require a working phone, computer or tablet that can have both Service titan and Dialpad downloaded and working on the equipment along with a strong internet connection.
• Daily duties are performed from office located in 200- 17633-114 Avenue Edmonton Alberta

Salary Range & Status

• Full-time, hourly position. Hourly range depending on experience. Hours/Shift: Availability wo work a mixture of shifts and times including evenings and weekends Monday to Sunday 7:00am 10:00pm
• 24-7 on call rotation answering the phones outside of the above hours. From 10:00pm to 7:00am ( This shift will have a flat compensation of 30.00 per shift and then 10.00 for call bookings that are revenue generating for the company (IE: SERVICE FEE)

Working Conditions

• Can be wither Part or Full time up to 40-hour week depending on your availability and Business staffing requirements based on season of the year.
• Position does occasionally require additional hours when necessary to complete special projects, training or to cover other team family members during vacations.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma

Drug/Alcohol Testing/ Security Clearance / Motor Vehicle Check

• Drug/alcohol testing done prior to employment and randomly during employment with no advanced knowledge. If position includes driving a company vehicle at any time, motor vehicle checks are also performed at random.

Working Relationships

• Position reports to the General Manager
• Courtesy and respect are always expected towards customers and ALL members of our team
